On May 30, 2025, the sports documentary “The Journey of Al-Qadsiah and Al-Ittihad to the King’s Cup Final” was released, shedding light on the road both teams took to reach the final of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup #The_Most_Precious_Cup 2024/2025...which highlighted the journey of two teams, each with different challenges and ambitions, yet united by a single goal: to win and claim the most prestigious trophy.

Al-Qadsiah... A Dream Returned from the First Division

In the first part, the documentary captured the epic journey of Al-Qadsiah — a team freshly promoted from the First Division, defying the common belief that newly promoted clubs only aim to survive.
Al-Qadsiah chose the path of giants; survival wasn't enough. The team advanced with confidence and reached the King’s Cup final in its very first season back — an extraordinary story filled with determination, ambition, and overcoming challenges.

Al-Ittihad... The Road to Glory Is Never Easy

In the second part, the documentary followed the challenging journey of Al-Ittihad, a club that faced a tough path, overcoming major opponents like Al-Hilal and Al-Shabab to reach the final, driven by the ambition of securing both the league and cup titles.
Despite winning the league just days before the final, Al-Ittihad refused to relax or settle. The team stayed fully focused, determined to complete the golden double.

Al-Qadsiah and Al-Ittihad Fans... A Grandstand Epic

One of the most striking moments captured in the film was the historic mobilization of Al-Qadsiah’s fans, who traveled from Al-Khobar on 10 chartered planes and over 100 buses — a powerful image of unmatched passion and devotion.
On the other side, Al-Ittihad’s stands were packed with loyal supporters eagerly awaiting the match.

As His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulazizarrived, the stadium erupted in a unified chant of: "Ya Mohammed, Masha’Allah"— a heartfelt welcome and tribute to the Crown Prince.

The Finale... Gold Belongs to Al-Ittihad

As for the thrilling details of the final, the documentary leaves them to the viewer — a match filled with intensity, ending with Al-Ittihad crowned champions of both the league and the King’s Cup.It was a historic season for a legendary club, and an unforgettable milestone for an ambitious challenger.
